Departments must clearly state their targets, achieved milestones, and challenges encountered during the reporting period, ensuring that every staff member's contribution is captured within the larger institutional goal.

The system requires a granular breakdown of departmental duties. For clinical units, this includes patient turnover rates, recovery indices, and specialized research outputs; while for administrative and support departments like ICT, Accounts, Maintence and others, it focuses on infrastructure uptime, budgetary compliance, and service turnaround times. By documenting these metrics, the hospital maintains a transparent audit trail that is essential for both internal management and federal oversight.

Data accuracy is the cornerstone of this portal. Heads of Departments (HODs) are expected to verify all figures before submission to the ICT portal. The digital nature of this PMS ensures that reports are archived securely, eliminating the risks associated with paper-based filing. This repository provides the Chief Medical Director and the Board of Management with real-time data to make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and personnel development.
